TRACY CONKLIN 

CHARACTER: PETER ABBOTT

 

Tracy is a long-time classically trained actor with credits from Shakespeare leads, to professional supporting rolls in feature films and television. Born a half native, one of the last remaining 99 Siuslaw natives, he is a lifetime ecological activist, a political playwrite, as well as a writer of non-fiction on subjects concerning human brain function in personal and political decision making.

EMILY JO ALEXANDER

CHARACTER: EMILY ABBOTT

 

Born and raised in Pendleton, Oregon, Emily got her first taste of acting in the Missoula’s Children’s Theatre as a card in Alice and Wonderland. She ended up being invited to a special, invitation only acting camp. It was then, that Emily was officially hooked. In high school she was in every show that she could get cast in. A few of those being Barefoot in the Park, The Wizard of Oz, Arsenic and Old Lace, and her favorite part being Nurse Ratched in One flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. After a stint in La Grande, OR for school at Eastern Oregon University and then a year abroad in Spain, she came back to her love of acting and has been fortunate enough to have worked on more film based projects with the local filmmakers like Emily Faye (Goodwin House) and Steven Koeppen (Abandoned Voices).  This will be Emily's third short film which reunites her with Faye (Production Designer) and Koeppen (Producer). 

SYDNEY SOMERFIELD

CHARACTER: SANDRA HOWARD

 

Sydney Somerfield has appeared in several short films including Falling Inside Out and A Little Bit of Heart. She has performed on-stage in Portland and Seattle, most recently in a six person production of Pericles with Northwest Classical Theatre Company. As a playwright, two of her short plays have been produced by The Pulp Stage as part of the Portland Fertile Ground Festival. Sydney is a co-founder of Willamette Shakespeare, a non-profit Shakespeare company which offers free outdoor Shakespeare in Willamette Valley wine country. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Oregon and is currently in a Feldenkrais practitioner training program.

TROY THOMAS

CHARACTER:  SEAN HOWARD

 

Troy Thomas is an actor in Portland represented by Damon Jones at Actors in Action. The middle of three boys, Troy was interested in sports when he was growing up and didn't find his love for performance until he was a senior in high school. After studying acting at Oregon State, he came back to Portland, pursuing acting on stage in Portland and Hillsboro. In 2013 he appeared in his first short, "Bad Shot," which was written and directed by Bryan Tosh. Now he will get a chance to return the favor in Mr. Tosh's final Art Institute project, "Bridgetown." His skills include speaking German, stage combat and swordplay, dialect work, screen and stage writing, and physical awareness. Troy is known for his work with Borderworld Films, Leafdrop Studios, and many Art Institute projects. Troy would like to thank his Family, who has continuously supported him and has shown him love under all circumstances.

ZAC EBERHARD

CHARACTER:  RAM NOFSKY

 

Zac Eberhard is an Oregon native with a passion for traveling and the outdoors. Seven years ago he found his calling in life in photo & video production. Zac believes there is beauty in many moments and being able to capture those moments and share them is a gift. He has experience as an editor and camera operator, but also has a bit of the acting bug in him. This will be the third project that the Director and Zac have collaborated on. His hobbies include wake boarding, snow boarding, and filming & editing videos that are all about the adventures in life. Zac also has a beautiful daughter, Aliyah, she is 8 years old.
